Location is good staff is also very friendly but room service is very slow stay there for 3 night bt faced this problem and daily breakfast was same

Been here for a friends family event. The banquet hall is big enough to accommodate 100+ people. It is luminated by natural light on the top (and electric lights too) and has a very pleasant ambience. The aesthetics and interior were good too. Finally the food served was decent. Would suggest this place for small events and get togethers for lunch/dinner.

The hotel is at an amazing location, with really very good and comfortable rooms, and to top it all a very good restaurant, and the staff is very hospitable..... Especially the hospitality from Narendra and Ashutosh is really great.... Really enjoyed my 2 week plus stay here ...

Breakfast Menu needs more items to be available as very few options for breakfast rest all are fantastic very nice room, very good staff all services are very good must recommend to others.

We chose the banquet hall for our kids first holy communion party. Everything was arranged so well. Mr.Narendra did a fabulous job of ensuring everything is top notch. From decoration to food. Beautiful experience. Mr. Raju and his team arranged everything professionally.

Good & peaceful stay at SS lumina hotel. Services were decent. Make sure to order in-dine before 9:30 pm as they close the kitchen by 10pm and only option after that is swiggy or Zomato. Overall a relaxed stay during business visit.

Hotel rooms were neat and clean. And staff is really helpful and always ready to help you. Food is really amazing and staff is 24/7 available for your help. Rooms are really good and have all the necessary things available. And hotel is available on the main road and easy to locate and reach.

Was here last week. Right from Reception person to rooms and food at the cafeteria was all great. The reception person was kind enough to take my request with a walk-in. Rooms were neat and clean and well maintained. Cafeteria provides quality food. The hotel is centrally located and easily identifiable.

The ambience and staff were great. It is situated in the hear of city and well connected to office and party places. There was timely room service and staff were friendly. In overall had a great experience
